Initial Consultation

We want to really get to know our clients on a personal level to best marry their needs to our services. Recy collection will spend as much time as needed to assure the bride, groom, family and planners a smooth and worry free transition to the day of. To continue in the planning process, discussions regarding budget, preferred vendors, detailed itineraries, wedding rehearsal and any expectations will be further discussed.

Day of Coordination

• Constant communication via emails and phone calls
• An additional consultation on-site to discuss vendor contracts, detail catering arrangements and any other last minute details
• A complete time by time itinerary tailored to the bride and groom on the day of distributed to the wedding party and all vendors
• A professional planner the day of to coordinate all the details of the day with vendors
• Establish relationships with all your vendors to ensure smooth transitions the day of
• Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour)
• Distribute all the wedding items to be used on the day at the ceremony site and reception to include the engagement picture, sign book, place cards, toasting glasses, cake cutters, wedding favors, votices, centerpieces, etc.
• Oversee the set-up and vendor arrivals
• Distribute remaining payments to vendors
• Collect all wedding items at end of the evening to be placed in bridal suite or where bride/groom designate

Month of Coordination

In addition to the above services, for the month of coordination we will meet an additional three times to ensure a smooth transition from planner to Recy Collection.
